What Internet connection do I need ?

Ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for the following Internet connection:

  • You need as much upload speed as possible, because the more upload speed you have, the better picture quality you can provide
  • The desired optimal upload speed is 512Kbps (kilobits per second) or higher (such speed can give your customers the best video experience)
  • Recommended download speed is 128Kbps or higher
  • The ping latency to our server at 195.39.8.147 should not be higher than 100ms
