You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access our site. Please read them carefully. By visiting CamComLive.net, you are agreeing to its terms. This Agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon posting. Bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original Agreement.

1. Sender, and/or MasterSender, is solely responsible for the productions, including without limitation the content thereof. You acknowledge and agree that CamComLive.net may, in its sole discretion, delete and/or modify any aspect of the productions, including without limitation, content, messages, photos or profiles, that, in CamComLive.net sole discretion, violate the terms of our agreements with You, violate the terms of our agreements with Your MasterSender, that violate CamComLives’.net policies, that may be offensive and/or illegal, or that may harm or threaten the safety and welfare of the company and/or CamComLives’.net users. CamComLive.net is not obligated to take any action and is not responsible for the content of, or for any failure or delay in deleting or modifying the productions.

2. You must be eighteen or over to register as a member or use this site. Membership in the service is void where prohibited. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years old. The materials that are available within this site may include graphic visual depictions and descriptions of nudity and sexual activity and should not be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18 years old or who is offended by such materials.

3. You recognize that obscenity and hardcore pornography is forbidden. The following acts are generally considered obscene and therefore may be illegal: Bestiality, excretory functions and bodily fluids including urination/defecation, fisting, incest, extreme sado-masochism or bondage presented in a sexual context, any presentation of minors engaged in intimate physical contact or sexual situations, actual or depicted, and any conduct which may be judged “obscene” by the standards of your local community, or the community of those with whom you interact and to which you transmit or distribute your productions. Nude performances before a local public audience while using CamComLive.net, such as nudity presented in the visible places to your neighbors or passersby, is also strictly forbidden.

4. By using and/or viewing this site you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury the following:

4.1 That you are an adult, at least 18 years of age.

4.2 That you will not permit any person(s) less than 18 years of age to have access to any of the materials contained within this Site.

4.3 That you will not produce any prohibited or unlawful content, as described in this agreement or elsewhere on the CamComLive.net.

4.4 That you will produce only nude or erotic content that is portrayed in a normal, healthy, positive, non-violent, and consensual manner, and relates only to normal, healthy sexual desires.

4.5 That you will not produce nude or erotic content that is portrayed in an unhealthy, violent, painful, non-consensual, morbid, shameful, sick, degrading, prurient or patently offensive manner, or which does not otherwise relate to normal, healthy sexual desires.

4.6 That you will only produce and/or engage in conduct that you enjoy and find fulfilling.

4.7 You recognize that you are solely in control of your productions. You are acting under your own volition and without coercion and you can block users to your video chat room who make you feel uncomfortable, and that you are able to reject any user request that you are uncomfortable complying with.

4.8 That you will not promote any direct physical contact with any CamComLive.net users for the purposes of prostitution, escorting, or related activities.

4.9 While using CamComLive.net service, you will not engage in physical intimacy with any other adult unless you are already involved in a pre-existing intimate relationship with that adult.

4.10 That you understand that if you violate CamComLive.net rules above, your account will be terminated and you may forfeit any revenues that you have generated as a result of the goods or services that you have offered via the CamComLive.net service.

5. Non-Commercial Use by Members or Viewers:
CamComLive.net is for the personal use of individual members and viewers only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become members of CamComLive.net and should not use CamComLive.net for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the site or the sending of unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. In order to prevent the sending of unsolicited email to its members, CamComLive.net may take reasonable steps, including the limiting of the numbers of emails sent by a member.

6. Property Rights:

6.1 Sender hereby warrants and agrees that Sender possesses all intellectual property rights, interests and licenses. You may not post or distribute any copyrighted materials or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.

6.2 Sender transfers to CamComLive.net full license to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and all other proprietary rights. With the rights granted herein, CamComLive.net may, without limitation, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, transmit, market, export, translate, import, promote and create derivative works of the productions in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future. You further agree that CamComLive.net shall be the sole owner and holder of all copyrights and to any and all derivative works created from the Productions.

7. Sender may not use any facilities of CamComLive.net to promote or solicit any URL or Internet Service, other than CamComLive.net.

8. You represent and warrant that you do not have a criminal history consisting of investigation, arrest or conviction by government agencies for felony or other serious crimes.

9. Sender agrees that you and/or your MasterSender retain complete control of the content of the Productions. CamComLive.net does not maintain or impose a schedule nor otherwise require you to work set shifts, and there is no minimum usage requirement whatsoever. You will furnish, at your own, or at your MasterSender’s, expense all property, space, computers, computer equipment, furniture, materials, and etc., used in the course of the productions.

10. Accounting / Price per Minute 

10.1 InterMax Clients
        0.39 EUR per minute when client goes from FC to HC
        0.25 EUR per minute when client goes straight to HC

10.2 Reseller Clients
        0.25 EUR per minute when the client goes from FC to HC
        0.25 EUR per minute when the client goes straight to HC

10.3 Free chat is free of charge

As a part of CamComLive.net support service we mail checks to you or your MasterSender on the 20th of the following month.

11. Your rights and obligations shall not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. You are solely responsible for all data, information and created content. You must promptly inform CamComLive.net, in writing, of any apparent breach of security, such as theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a screen name, username or password. You further agree to provide CamComLive.net with any and all updated information related to you and your MasterSender.

12. Copyright Policy: You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights or otherwise have a valid basis under the law.

13. Privacy: Use of CamComLive.net site and its service is governed by the Privacy Policy.
